Payment on the Site is made through payment providers by the methods indicated on the payment page (bank cards and other available methods).
Payments are accepted over a secure connection using the TLS protocol. Payment providers comply with the international PCI DSS security standard for processing bank card details.
The confidential data required for payment (card details, etc.) is not received by Recast: it is processed on the payment provider's side and is fully protected. No one, including Recast, can obtain the payer's banking data.
Recast receives from the payment provider only information about the fact, amount and status of the payment.
Bank card transactions are made by the cardholder or a person authorized by them. Transactions are authorized by the bank: if fraud is suspected, the bank may decline the transaction.
When paying by bank card, the refund is made to the same card from which the payment was made. The refund terms are in section 8 of the User Agreement.
No support, including payment and refund questions, is provided on Discord.
